Identity
HEGE Series
Identification with anything other than the Divine Image and Likeness in which all humanity is created is misplaced identity — e.g. ethnicity (material DNA), physical appearance, class, intelligence (IQ), education, profession, sexuality, religion, nationality, ideology, philosophy, etc.
Such identity is misplaced because humanity is created to identify with God, is created for Love of God, not Love of Mammon, which is what misplaced identity is — identification with something created instead of with the Creator Himself.
Identity Crisis The battle of historical memory could be Britain's last
— The 2020s craze for extirpating all vestigaes of British human wrongdoing from national identity is indicative of misplaced human identity in the material (ethnic DNA or nation state) instead of rightfully in the spiritual, the image and likeness of God.
Lack of comm-union with God is the source of human wrongdoing (aka “sin”), which can only be extirpated by forgiveness from God, freely granted upon human humility and repentance.

Raphael Noica (of Essex) How socialism became un-American through the Ad Council’s propaganda campaigns American identity today is strongly tied to an image of capitalism crafted and advertised by the Ad Council and American corporate interests over decades, often with the support of the U.S. government.... This link between capitalism and American national identity was advertised through a sophisticated, corporate effort as efficient and ubiquitous as state-driven propaganda behind the Iron Curtain. Socialism . . . Seriously: A Brief Guide to Human Liberation | Amazon Danny Katch brings together the two great Marxist traditions of Karl and Groucho to provide an entertaining and insightful introduction to what the socialist tradition has to say about democracy, economics, and the potential of human beings to be something more than being bomb-dropping, planet-destroying racist fools. “The most hilarious book about socialism since Karl Marx and his brother Harpo wrote their joke book.” —Hari Kondabolu, filmmaker and comedian “If The Communist Manifesto and America’s Funniest Home Videos had a baby, it would be Danny Katch’s new book. It’s a hilarious and fun way to think about what’s wrong with our world, how it could be different, and how we might get there. ...” —Brian Jones, actor, educator, and activist See — Preemtive Strike, Propaganda
